Charles “Chuck” Beverly

Owner

Charles Beverly became the Owner of ServiceMaster by NEST on December 13, 2016 when he took over the 34-year-old franchise. Chuck ran a mid-sized local construction company that grew by creating and managing their insurance division. His prior experience was starting and successfully running a small construction company for just under two years. Chuck has always found fire and water mitigation extremely interesting and along with his extensive background with his construction background makes him an expert in recovery and remediation projects. For over 12 years Chuck has held certifications in several IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration including water damage and restoration, fire and smoke restoration, applied microbial remediation, applied structural drying and odor control technician. He also holds an EPA lead renovation, GHS and OSHA hazardous communications and the required mold remediation contractor for NY State. He enjoys cooking, baking, and hiking in his free time and his favorite color is yellow!


Kayla Pinkston

Business Development Manager

Kayla is our Business Development Manager with over 9 years experience in sales and marketing. As our newest member to the ServiceMaster team, Kayla is making a huge impact on social media, events and the community. She has volunteered to help the community with clean-up — a highlight was bringing her daughter to Poughkeepsie Day. She enjoys participating in events such as job fairs for Poughkeepsie High School, the American Red Cross and the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce! She believes that when businesses get involved in local events the community thrives! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing and her favorite color is purple!

Dianne Seebruch

Office Manager

Dianne is a welcome addition to the Service Master team bringing experience and lightheartedness to the office. She continues to impress as new programs, corporate policies and procedures. The ever-changing schedules from natural disasters appear not to phase her in the least! Dianne has successfully owned and operated a high-end cleaning company and those skills, attitude along with her personality make her a perfect candidate for keeping everyone and everything in the office running like a well-oiled machine! Dianne gave up going into the Air Force when she got married to raise her two kid sisters as well as her own child. Her prior experience includes teaching childhood and adult education at the Deverux School for Autism with students ranging from 5 to 21 years of age. Dianne dedicates her free time to volunteering and community service that are extremely important to her as well as her family. She enjoys gardening and cooking and her favorite colors are yellow and blue — how awesome!
